Return Policy 

We have 14 days return policy. If 14 days have gone by since the time it was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

I. Change if Mind Returns 

1.1 If you would like to return all or any Dvectis product originally purchased directly from www.dvectis.com that are the subject of your order after delivery to you, you have the right to return your product(s) under condition that all of the following criteria are fulfilled: 

  • 1. the product was delivered no later than 14 days before your request for a refund/exchange. 
  • 2. a copy of the original order confirmation accompanies the returned product. 
  • 3. the items is originally purchased directly from www.dvectis.com. 
  • 4. the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • 5. the product is free from liquid contamination as well as physical damage. 
  • 6. all original packaging is included. 
  • 7. all original accessories and/or marketing materials are included and are free from liquid contamination as well as physical damage, and 
  • 8. the reason for the refund/exchange is disclosed by you. This is for quality assurance purposes only, the reason given will not affect our acceptance of the return.

1.2 Exceptions to the returns criteria may be made at our sole discretion and you are welcome to request an exception by contacting us at usa@dvectis.com if you wish to return your Product but are unable to fulfill the aforementioned criteria.

II. Missing, damaged or incorrect Orders 

2.1 We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives at your delivery address in a complete and undamaged condition. If you do not receive all of the products pursuant to your order, please contact us at usa@dvectis.com

2.2 Please inspect the product(s) immediately upon their arrival and notify us within three (3) days of delivery if the products arrive in a damaged or incomplete condition. If the product(s) arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us at usa@dvectis.com

III. How to return Product for Refund or Exchange 

3.1 If you need to return the product to us please reach out to us via email at usa@dvectis.com

In the subject line write "Refund” or "Exchange” and compose an e-mail with the following information: 

  • Your name 
  • Your company (if relevant) 
  • Address 
  • Phone number 
  • Email address 
  • Reason for refund/exchange 
  • In the email include a copy of your receipt with the order confirmation 
  • Upon the receipt of your email and approval of your claim, we will notify you with the further instruction to complete your request. 

IV. Refund fullfillment Process 

4.1 We do not take any responsibility for any transaction costs and/or currency differences that appear on your end. Any and all costs or charges for shipping, handling, customs, taxes or gift-wrapping are non-refundable. 

4.2 Refunds will be credited to the payment method registered by you with us at your time of purchase. Please allow Dvectis a period of thirty (30) days after the delivery of your returned products to credit your account with a granted refund. 

V. Shipping 

5.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

5.2 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

5.3 If you are shipping an item over , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
